KPIs are used to monitor contract performance and are largely quantitative, measuring contract and in house outputs. In self-monitoring Vantom Valet goes beyond the quantitative with an independent qualitative assessment of the controls and procedures that underpin KPI delivery.

This independent assessment is our internal audit function, which is the most wide-ranging in the industry, covering every aspect of our operations.Our Admin team, which operates independently of operations (reporting directly into the Managing Director), uses an integrated range of user friendly tools to regularly check and monitor our contract controls and procedures.
